Darin is awesome and the only person I like to see when I bring my car into the dealership. I've been bringing my car to him for atleast 7 years. He's always so positive and friendly and all around good person. You guys are lucky to have him!!

I tried to get a shuttle van back to pick my car up I have a service dog not a pet a service dog with identification ID number they told me that I was not able to bring the pet with me to your dealer to pick it up so I had to get my SUV in my car dolly to haul it back when I got there the vehicle was not washed nor and the battery was changed out in it it started slow almost had to jump start it then I thought the starter was going bad but come to find out they did not change the battery as I talk to Robert twice about it and the old battery is still in the unit not happy I believe there's a federal law about service dogs I'm going to look into it and I'll let you know Robert wants me to bring the car back good because it was my 69th birthday today I did not want to spend another minute in the service Bay doing something that I left the car there for 5 days to have done
Che was very friendly, professional, and prompt. He took the time to make sure I understood everything well and he showed respect in all of his communication. I don't enjoy having to bring my vehicle in for service, but Che helped make it an enjoyable experience.
Keri was very nice and helped with additional coupons. The service was faster than expected, thank you! My first experience with this dealership was negative, but I'm glad I gave it another try.

I arrived for my 8:30 appt on time but it was on the wrong day. I was a day early! Everyone was so nice and got me in anyway. I love the service everytime I have to bring my car in.
Allie did not send any messages giving me a timeframe of work progress. A recall item added major time to work. When I returned after nearly four hours, another employee was checking my vehicle status, she chastised the employee in front of me. This is not what I have come to expect at **** Hannah.
