The work done was to my satisfaction but it took 45 minutes to get the paper work complete for me to pay and leave.

My service invoice said my car was given a complimentary wash and vacuum. None of that was done. I went back to Austin and asked him why the invoice said I was given a service that actually wasn't done. He said he had "pushed the wrong button " and accidentally recorded that my car had been washed and vacuumed. Makes me wonder whether other work recorded on the invoice was actually done.
She got me in and out quickly when i told her i had somewhere to be!
Friendly , got the car done in a timely manner and walked us out to the car ....
