We were very happy with Ray and his service, it was excellent. However, we were not supplied with a shuttle ride we had reserved at the time we made our service appointment. Consequently, my wife was stuck at the service center and had to wait over two hours in the waiting room. That was not only very inconvenient given we had made the reservation but disappointing in the customer service aspect.

Michele is an excellent employee!! She explained what they would be doing today and treated me in a warm and friendly manner. I loved that she texted me when the service was complete. Others on your staff were also top notch - checking to see if I needed anything. Overall a pleasant experience. Thank you!

I'm happy with the people that did my service they where all great, I am just not completely satisfied with the outcome of my car. I understand that things happen but I am going to be paying for a brand new car and having my car serviced just a week after driving it off the lot honestly turns me off. So in hopes that it's been fixed after having it looked at I hope this was a good choice for me. Thank you
