Lisa Maunu has provided outstanding service in managing the maintenance of my four vehicles. She knows my history and service needs and always provides advice tailored to my big picture. As a professional, her guidance is spot on. As a really decent person, she always asks how I’m doing and has a ready smile. Lisa treats me like family.
Austin kept me informed on the progress of our recall repair and I appreciated that he went over the items on the Multipoint Inspection report. The visit was well done.
Darin was friendly, professional, thorough in explaining the work done on the car as well as the associated costs, and escorted me to my car at the end. He also made sure to let me know that an extra receipt would be in my car along with the part removed from the car. He was also polite, apologizing for having me wait when he was serving another customer.
Darin was fantastic. He let us know all issues that were going on with our car, as well as the costs associated with fixing them. Was very no-pressure and kind in all dealings with us.
Rob is always pleasant and respectful. The gentleman who was my cashier did a good job of explaining the charges and the suggestions for future service. Thank you.

I like having one rep to work with instead of being moved from one person to another and each one not knowing what's happening with my car. Rob is efficient and knowledgeable and that sets me at ease. I appreciated that he knew a service that was needed on my car was something that was covered under my warranty so I wouldn't be charged for it, because I didn't realize it. Thanks again Rob!

I received this text message probably when my vehicles service was completed with its service, but it didn’t say my car was ready. Would have been helpful if the text would have said that my car was ready. It would have gotten me down the road a little sooner. Rob was very helpful...Thanks Rob!
