I am getting so many service experience emails that it is confusing. We just purchased our CRV on 9/26/17 and all we did was have the roof rails and crossbars installed. Is that what this is pertaining to? I wonder if our email is confused with someone elses.

Darin in my opinion wdnt the extra mile and managed all the departments to make sure the car got done. My key decided to not work at pickup and Darin yook time at end of day. It was a long day to hey it back working. I very.much appreciated the best customer service anyone could expect. Hopefully you pay him overtime, he deserves it.
Cierra was professional, respectful and helpful. She took my concerns seriously and answered my questions. And, I visited the Part Department, again where I was treated with respect, my questions were answered and I left a satisfied customer.
