I am getting so many service experience emails that it is confusing. We just purchased our CRV on 9/26/17 and all we did was have the roof rails and crossbars installed. Is that what this is pertaining to? I wonder if our email is confused with someone elses. Thank you, Bill and Angie Hall

Darin in my opinion wdnt the extra mile and managed all the departments to make sure the car got done. My key decided to not work at pickup and Darin yook time at end of day. It was a long day to hey it back working. I very.much appreciated the best customer service anyone could expect. Hopefully you pay him overtime, he deserves it.
