Your staff were professional, reaponsive, and timely when I had to have something removed from a passenger rear tire. I needed to drive from Vancouver to Hillsboro for work and was impressed how quickly you were able to get me in and back on the road with confidence the job had been done right! I wasn't made aware on the phone that my battery had issues and sisnt discover I had "declined" it until I checked out.
Austin was fantastic. However, the car wash was not thorough. There was still ****on the passenger side of my car and windshield.

2 trips to the dealership for a simple sensor. A miscommunication between the service writer and the tech, with no follow up call to me when the tech couldn't replicate the problem. 1 phone call would have saved me a big hassle.

My car wasn't as clean as I had expected it would be. The interior just wasn't as carefully cleaned as I have had at other places. I'm going to wipe down the things that were missed myself.
Your customer service however exceeded my exspectations. Check in and check out person was above what I've experienced at my previous details, and your shuttle service and driver were also amazing! Just the cleaning of my car itself was disappointing, several very obvious places were not cleaned.
Darin was very friendly and kept me informed about the progress of my car.
