I dropped him with my car when it was about a-year-old to say it wasn’t telling me to do an oil change. Your service people checked the oil with the dipstick and told me it was fine. This visit someone mentioned that Honda advises our yearly oil change. Is this yearly advice new? Why wasn’t I told a year or so ago to get my oriole changed.?
Although the service took wayyyy too long, Lisa handled it like a pro! I enjoy Lisa’s work and care with my vehicles. Thanks for having her on your team.
Great service and communication
He was very clear about what was to be done for A on my Honda CRV. He, also, explained the bill when done with the service. He was friendly and professional in his manner and service.
What I am confused about is I had the same two filters replaced when I went to Sterling Honda in Longview. I did not know that until I came back home and compared the two. I only have 27,000 miles on my vehicle and do not feel that was necessary twice so close together. I just want an oil change next time unless I specifically ask for anything else. Also, I do not need tire rotation. I have that done at Les Schwab and choose to continue to do that. Thank you for your quality service.
The best customer service I’ve experienced. Chuck was honest, friendly, and helpful. He walked me through my car’s needs so that I understood what maintenance it needed. He also kept me updated while I waited in the wonderful, comfortable lounge. I’ve always used a drive-through oil change but after the top shelf service I got from Chuck I will be coming back to **** Hanna for all my car’s needs. Thank you so much!
