My service agent was great. Very friendly and courteous. Only opportunity for improvement is that my ticket said my car would be washed and floor boards vacuumed. My car was washed but not vacuumed. Disappointed to see that when my car was finished????

Please keep the oil change plus other discounts coming in the mail/circular! You are helping to diminish the traditional, negative word of mouth that people experience during their lifetime with peers/family/friends saying that one only gets screwed using dealer Service for vehicle maintenance. We bought a brand new 2017 CR-V with all extras as far as packages go, which only adds to the bill, plus interst. It all adds up, rather quickly I might add! Every bit counts as far as coupons, etc. go. If you really want to stick out from other dealerships, let loyal customers like us combine coupons, or use a coupon with our additional 10%!!! ;) This is our second vehicle we've bought new. We bought a new Honda Ridgeline in 2007 for $34,000 from **** Hannah as well.

They were not able to fix any of the problems I am having with the cars technology. They don’t see an error code for the problem but obviously it’s not working properly. I am not happy with this so called updated technology especially when I bought the car for some of these specific features to work. I guess the thought is sorry it’s not working but maybe in a couple of months it will!!

Came in for basic oil change. Saw note in my vehicle report that there was seep leak in my power steering and to be “cautious”. It also had a quote to replace to steering rack assembly for $1,700. I didn’t notice this until I got home. I don’t understand how to be cautious with this? I also don’t understand why this leak would require $1,700 to fix by replacing the whole steering assembly instead of searching for the leak point and repairing it there? Is this not covered by power train warranty? When I checked out nobody explained this to me and now I’m concerned and confused about what’s really wrong with my vehicle.

It just took much longer than I expected; I thought it would be a 1.5 to 1.75 hour appointment and ended up being over 2.25 hours. I had gotten a text that it was almost complete after 1.5 hours but didn’t get my car and get checked out until I asked somebody for a status update 45 mins after getting the text.
