2nd time they have tried to sell me a tire when my tire was fine. This time, they said my tire was not repairable. There was a small nail in the tire that didn't even go thru the liner. In addition, the HeLa filter cost and installation is ridiculous

Austin was very professional with me, even though I was somewhat scattered with my requests. He was honest with me regarding the good state of my tires, when a less morally sound individual would have seen an opportunity to sell me something I didn’t need. Quick service, reasonable price. Definitely will be back.

Shaun was professional, took time to explain maintenance and answer questions. Waiting room and restroom very clean. Also quiet while I worked on laptop and good lighting. Hot coffee appreciated. All work completed in 4 hours vs the estimated 7 hours. Communication by cell worked well. Currently at 90000 miles and looking forward to reaching the 200,000 miles. Very happy with my 2010 CR-V to date. Don Tucker

My service representative was gone when I picked up my van, so no one could appropriately answer the questions I had on my specific repair. Additionally, one of the services I requested was not done, and no one knew why.

Slow. Looked unproffessional. Took forever to finish my cars paperwork. Had to approach her to even find out it was done.
