Shawn as very patient with my multiple questions. Given that we came from the south coast of Oregon - we were early and he saw to it that my vehicle was serviced right away.
I will say I am extremely disappointed with the fact that I have owned my Honda for more than 6 months and been driving around without plates. Just to find out that they were sitting in a drawer somewhere in the dealership.

Usually I have to wait a couple hours for my car when I go in with an apoointment. today I was suprised when I decided not to wait there and got a text an hour after drop off that my car was ready for pick up. Loved the fast and great service today! Thank you guys!
