Overall I was very satisfied with the quick and efficient service. Lisa is always very helpful and provides great customer service. My only issue was that my car didn't get washed due to the detailers not having enough time. I live about 45 minutes away, so it's not convenient to swing by for car washes. There is no need for a representative to contact me.

Pick up time for 3-4 pm was actually 5:30 pm. Got text at 2;00pm saying thanks for choosing D Hanna and responded by text asking if it meant to car was ready. No response so I called shuttle to pick me up at mall. Then sat in lobby for 3 hours.

You are no longer washing cars. This is too bad. Slowly your levels of service are declining. My rep. Was unable to give a good explanation other than you were too busy.

Jeff was very professional. Advised me of the work to be done. Would contact me of any other work needed. I asked if the car would be washed, he told me the car wash was not open but he would try to get it done. Excellent service.

Allie was great, but an oil change and inspection schould not take 3 hours. I scheduled an appointment so they knew to expect me . Showed up at 733, left at 10:29. That is a ridiculously long time. Especially when I was told it would be done at 9. Appointments should get priority over people that just show up. Seriously considering never coming back.
