Michelle was great but your service was not very good I was told my tires were rotated and I had to come back after going across the street and getting my car washed to get my tires rotated
I added on detail cleaning. I was initially scheduled for oil change, rear diff fluid change and normal free inspection, tire rotation. I was told it would take up to 3 hours. I didn’t leave until 4 pm. I checked in at 9 am. The detailing was not great, in fact the only difference I could see between that and the free wash I get with oil change anyway was that they waxed my seats and floor mats, and cleaned out my berry messy console. 7 hours was so disappointing that I’m sorry I had anything done. Granted, this was a “Black Friday Special” but had I known my entire day off would be spent in your waiting area I would have declined and paid full price for the oil change and fluid change at another time. I work hard, usually 4 to 5 twelve hour shifts a week. Time is EXTREMELY valuable to me. Not to mention- again- the detail cleaning was absolutely not worth $50. I am normally very satisfied with **** Hannah, but this was a huge disappointment.
