He represented the true meaning of customer service. He was very kind and accommodating. I was told it was going to take 4 hours and he said no way. Let me keep an eye on things and it may take two hours. So I watched TV and chatted with other customers. Very pleased. Kudos to him.

I had someone else drop off & pick up my car. (They didn’t have any problems) I loved the quick check-in messages on updates on the work on my car. I’ve had other car services, where I would need to call in & ask for updates & if it was ready or not to be picked up. So this place did a great job & the quick service was very appreciated!
