The airbag was replaced as requested. Additional recommended service was excessive, the wipers were recommended but I had replaced them 3 days prior, timing belt was recommended but is only 50% through it's factory recommended interval and was last replaced at **** Hannah, etc...

Please make sure your technicians leave the headlight switch in the AUTO setting rather than the OFF setting. With people used to automatic headlights and DRLs, leaving the switch on the OFF position following service is a safety issue.
After waiting an additional hour to get the car washed, I discovered when I got home (it was dark)it had not been vacuumed at all. I realize it’s complementary but I would have chosen to not spend my time waiting if that part was not going to be done. It is nice you offer this for your customers - but this time I was disappointed.

2 hours to do an oil change and wash the car with nobody in front of me. Almost 60 minutes just to wash it! Totally unacceptable!
