Cierra Ramsey went above and beyond what I even expected. She made sure I had a free loaner car so that I would not have to wait 4 hrs for my car to be serviced and she really listened to my concerns regarding my battery. She made sure that more than just the battery was tested just in case something else was going on. She made sure I got a good price on all services. And she even let me give her a hug for being so wonderful. Having people like Cierra on your team is why I continue coming to **** Hannah.

I was asked if I wanted the complementary car wash and vaccum. I said yes! I came back to get my car after leaving it there for a couple hours until they fixed what needed to be fixed and my car looked exactly the same as before. Not washed not vaccumed. I wonder if I would have payed for the car wash if they would have done it or not? Probably not!
A long wait though. Michelle kept her cool though. She also kept me informed of the progress.
