Michelle has amazing customer service! Her ability to work with her customers and assure them Honda will take care of the problems thus relieving the customer of concern is astounding. I have been blown away every time I have worked with her. She thoroughly discusses my service report, answers all my questions and makes sure I feel good about everything before I leave. She should be a manager; I thought she was!

Just had my car serviced today 12 1117. I've never had a leak in this car and now I'm leaking oil spraying from the bottom of the car either the filter is loose or the drain nut wasn't put back in properly now I'm going to have to come back in and waste unnecessary time and about a 40 mile round trip so no I'm not satisfied at all I work swing shift so it's going to jerk my time around and I'll have to get up early and have a long day I expected better service than this
