Shawn and his sidekick Lisa are among the best auto service professionals I have ever encountered. You are lucky to have both of them.
I guess I just feel like my time isn't valuable to the service department. When they take 3 hrs (30min more than they said it would be to actually do work on there car) to tell you they did a test drive, no work and couldn't get it to do ..... so it just must be that I need new tires. Ok, I may need new tires but 3 hrs for that, seems to me that they think I have all day to sit there and wait.

Austin was ready for our car at the appointed time; there was no hastle with check in; he honored a coupon we had previously been sent for a killer deal on the service; the service was completed within the time promised; we were given an oral and written record of the service performed; and our car was returned freshly washed. That is what I consider exceptional service. Well done Austin and Hannah Honda.
