While I have been less than satisfied with the collision center in the past I was highly satisfied with my experience this time with the Honda Service Center. My only other feedback was that I booked the appointment on line and it ended up causing a little confusion with the estimated repair time and loaner vehicle availability. But this was quickly remedied when I arrived. Darin was great to work with!

Exceeded expectations. Under promised and over delivered.
My first trip in was not good. I had a failing serpentine belt that was reinstalled at Hannah’s in March. To of your techs said to replace it under warranty but they were over ridden by Austin who said no he couldn’t do it.
I called the service manager that afternoon and raised the issue. He was very polite and said to bring it down n the next morning and they would take care of it.
When I brought the Pilot back the next day I was assigned to Chuck. Chuck was great. He was courteous, friendly, and very professional.
I call this a “good save” and I’m very pleased with the final outcome.
