Had the best service tell I drove off the lot with my new car.but after that I was miss lead and lied to by my sales man and the deal manager for over two weeks I had to go above him and deal with nick had a rocky start with him and told him how I was treated and what went on but nick came through and got the car fixed right after a really bad paint touch up that a three year old of done a better job chuck was good to tell with but will probably never do business with this dealer ship again because of the way I was lied to and treated

Che was great! He made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my car and what services needed to be taken care of the next time I bring my car in to get serviced. He also double checked everything during checkout to make sure I received my loyalty reward discount. Very on top of things.

Chuck, was professional, pleasant and had timely delivery of service. Ashley, had a role in there somewhere as well and she was pleasant, helpful as well. Holly did most of the communication about goals and results, so I talked with her most about many things that might ... or not, need attention today. She was good at sharing what, why, how, and if not today, when. She did a really great job! I t has not always been the case there. I have experienced “miscommunications” like: (A month after it was brought in after being stolen ...) From your team (Mike): “the battery isn’t functioning properly. Everything else is done and looks good. We’ll have it back to you, good as new in 2 weeks. From insurance company two days later: “I’m sorry we didn’t know the battery was stolen. You see, it is located under the back seat, and couldn’t get to it because that big tv that is in the back seat blocked access.” There were many inadequacies in the three months you had my car. I guess that may have been a different department, but to me it is all the same and I very nearly didn’t buy a Honda again, afraid of the service. I was guarded But brought it there anyway, alert to potential miscommunications, but the job was well done. ????. Thank you to all.

I was charged for a couple parts in your B Service with no explanation. I can’t seem to find out what these parts are or what it is they do. Further, you had my car for just under 3 hours, charged me at a rate of over $100/hour for labor and gave me horrid recommendations. Your mechanic recommended I replace tires that have just 14,000 miles on them. Bare in mind, the tires would have been at your expense. Among other things, my serpentine belt was recommended replacement. I just looked at it myself. It’s in excellent condition. When I pay my attorney, he gives me solid legal advise and is looking out for me (his client). I am YOUR client. Why am I paying such outrageous labor costs for terrible advice? How unprofessional.
