I am more unhappy with fact I bought a lemon car. This the 5 th time I have had to have service due to check engine light warning. The car only has 62,000 miles and I know, as the driver of Accords for 40 years this is wrong. Service people do not listen nor care about the inconvenience this car has caused me. They pay me on the head and wish me luck. Is their someone at Honda who deals with complaints about lemon cars? Please send me the name a contact info. Thanks. John F

Michele was so accommodating and helpful!! I had just got off work after a 12 hour day to bring my wife’s car in for recall work. My wife had told me the day before it should only take 30 minutes, but upon arriving, Michele apologized and said there may have been a miscommunication because it could be as long as 90 minutes (too long for me—I needed to get home to sleep). Michele was quick to take control of the situation and see if she could get things sped up for me. After a brief chat, she hustled back to my car and asked if 45 minutes would be acceptable (which it was). I was in and out in less than an hour as promised. Thanks again, Michele! A+++ customer service, very thankful to have you as my advisor this morning.

We had a appointment and received many text and email reminders about the appointment time. However when we arrived we needed to wait 30 minutes just to check in. Why send us so many reminders to be on time when your team is not.
