I like to know the service price before I did it. Shawn did that way, and he is very patient. Good service, I will go there next time.

Tried to sell me new tires when mine still had plenty of tread on a car with 20,000 miles.
Chuck was great, the bad thing is I had to wait almost 2 hours for a 20 minute appt. 2 air filter needed changed thats it!
Overall my service rep was fine. The discounted price I paid for the oil change was fine. But ...the car sat in the lot for 30 minutes after work was finished without letting me know and the car wash was not worth the effort as the results were horrible. (I had it washed at Kaady after leaving). So, I let this go without mention. But, if I'd paid the regular retail price, you would have heard an earful at the time. So, if I come in next service, please don't wash my car and please let me know when the work as actually been completed.

I wish they could have definitely found the problem and they indicated that they vacuumed and didn’t. Also I was charged for parts I wasn’t told about.
Allie Brewer was amazing! It was our first time going to the Service Center after recently purchasing our car and we felt a little lost at first, but Allie truly made us feel comfortable. She went above and beyond to show us that we were not just the next person in line but we were appreciated customers. She is an excellent example of great customer service and we wouldn't go anywhere else!
