Yes and no, the people there are awesome. But after taking our 2002 Honda Odyssey in for service, four(4) times-between Dec.22,2017 and Jan. 18,2018, and a little over $700 dollars, they still couldn't find the reason of, "why our Van dies while it's being driven. Not from a stop or while coming to a stop, but while in motion at speeds of 30mph to 55mph. Hopefully the 4th time is the charm and they fixed the problem. Other then that their customer service and everything they did for us(to many things to list) is so amazing, that we're still going there, there for service and maintenance on the van. Hopefully they got the problem fixed, and our next time in, it'll be for our next oil change and not for the same thing, again.

Price for agreed work was as agreed. Have only driven vehicle a few miles. Real test romorryaa we drive to Sunriver. Do expect all to be perfect.
She was prompt and quick and to get the issue resolved. Great to work with.
I'm always impressed with Honda and all the people that work there. All of them are so sincere whenever that speak with you.

Mr.Anstead was one of the nicest person you could ever meet, at a busy facility or life in general. Very attentive,responsive and patient. I love the fact that I didn't need to call and ask the status of my vehicle, the emails asked calls from him gives me peace of mind, I was worry free after speaking with hI'm at the beginning allowing me to continue my day.Great job

I was quoted a price and when I said I wanted to have the service performed the price suddenly doubled because the guy made a mistake. The service needed didnt change. Just the price. Going to have to go elsewhere for the service. Not happy with bait and switch techniques such as this.
Jeff was very polite, efficient and clear with his explanations of the discharge of my vehicle. I would come back not only for the service on my car but the service provided by Jeff!
