I brought my vehicle in with a working power window. While it was in your possession, somehow it stopped working. It was fine before I dropped it off. I was treated horribly by your staff. As if I was lying. Many hours of my time were wasted. I was told they would do nothing about it. The manager of the collision center was extremely unprofessional and condescending. I am trying to reach upper management to get a resolution.
