I received an email stating that I needed additional work. I authorized it in the email. I also received an email to pay for the service and it wouldn't let me pay. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the additional work that I had authorized was not done. They asked if I wanted to have the work done and wait for it. NO you had my car all day. I got in the car and my electronic system was not reset. My car was also not washed when I was told that it was. They quickly reset the electronics and washed my car. I drove away and my tire pressure light came on. I had this happen before so I wasn't concerned just irritated that the tires need to be re-calibrated EVERY time they are changed or rotated. This should be on the check list of things to do in a service department. I re-calibrated them when I got home and read the manual.
I do miss Natalie who was my first customer service person, she was the very best!

I got new tires along with my service. Shortly after leaving there (and after you had already closed) my tire pressure light came on. I tried to rectify it but couldn't. Now I have to spend more time coming back there to get the light checked.
Also, albeit I was early the check in could've been a lot smoother today.
Keri was wonderful and the work that I had done was perfect.
The girl helping us was awesome.
The carwash after service was extremely disappointing. After receiving very satisfactory. My car was still sudsy even after being only partly washed. The passenger side of the inside of the car was soaked with suds and water. It had not eve been wiped. No vacuuming done. My 10 year old grandson could have done a better wash job. I will never ask to have Hannah wash my car again
