two hours for an oil change is a bit long. Left the hang tag in the car. Car wash was so so. Car smell of old oil. A new quiet whine from the engine bay after the service. I am about a 7 out if 10 satisfied.

Rob was great. I was told my service would take approximately one hour and fifteen minutes. It took nearly 2 hours. Was disappointed that it took that long. In the past my car had been washed after having a service and that was always nice. This didn’t happen today. Debi Traub

Oil change and seat recall took nearly 6 hours. Chuck was kind and communicated with me but I did not intend to arrive at 9:30 and leave in evening rush hour traffic. Perhaps better scheduling would prevent this. It is a regular occurrence that my service is 2-3 hours longer than my estimate. Today was no different.

Darin did a great job working with me to get the new tires installed on my wife's Accord Sport. He is kind, friendly, real, and works hard without any smoke or mirrors in his interaction with me. Unfortunately there were two things out of his span of control that left something to be desired. The tires I was anticipating were Vitour brand Formula Z model, I believe, as told by Che'. Already when these were ordered I wasn't contacted to be quoted the cost of upgrading from these Philippines Off brand tires we've had on the Accord the past +/- 30k miles. But the brand installed wasn't Vitour but yet an even more foreign Thai off brand of tire, Otani KC2000. The speed and wear rating looks ultra high performance so perhaps I'll be pleasantly surprised, but I would have liked to be part of the conversation for ordering. Lastly, the tech T. Le, in the inspection report noted the engine oil level as well as wiper fluid level was low. The engine oil wasn't filled and topped off and I feel for my years of service this is a minimal expectation of anytime I have the car in for service. I reached out to Darin when I noticed this miss and he asked me to check the dipstick to confirm. Sure enough, the oil level was down to the bottom hole of the dipstick without being topped up. Frustratingly, either myself or my wife will have to drive back out from Camas for this oversight to be corrected. It has only been 2000 miles since our last oil change service there also. At least I hope to get a car wash for our time and gas $ driving for oil top up, despite dropping the car off at 330pm and getting it finished before 5pm a car wash was not completed, nor was interior vacuuming.
