Scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed at 10am. I left at 12:05. I waited 2 hours with two children, for an oil change. What is the point of making an appointment if it’s going to take 2 hours for something that takes 15 minutes anywhere else. Very disappointed. Jerry was very courteous and a great guy just not pleased with my two hour wait time.

Michele was fantastic in her dealings with everything. She certainly knows her job well and she has a really good professional way about her when dealing with the customer. Very pleased with her! Note: there was a warranty repair for a seatbelt switch done. I believe the whole seat was removed to fix the faulty switch because, sadly, the plastic trim on the door pilar area was gauged/scratched during the fix. Those marks had not been there before the seatbelt switch warranty. Not pleased at all with the scratches.

When the technician put everything back it’s not fitted correctly to it’s original state it’s off. My glove box is off hard to open and close. It look like The car is dirtier when I took it back. I know it stated on coupon to tell when doing write up. It would be better if they asked. Why privide coupons if u don’t asked if we have one. It took him 10 second he said it’s a lot of work to correct. I waited 3 hours they can check if we needed any changes to service.
