It was not Michell but your whole process from the start. Call to make an appt and it says go to web. Brought the car in at end of day and service person says he will give me the night drop form for me to fill out. He didn't want to deal with me because he wasn't assigned to me and my person was not there. What are they there for. Then I have to make decisions of work on my car without explainations. Just a text with the report. Oh, you can call if you want to ask a ?. Then want me to quick pay on line. What are the customr service people there for. I think they do a good job on the actual work they do on the car but this is not what I call customer service. It really feels like get your money and send you on your way. I have been a customer since I bought my first car in 1979 and have always been satisified until now with 1 exception. You might think this is how people want to do business but it really does not feel like customer service to me. Again it was not Michelle but the lack of CS from the first phone call.
The technician doesn’t complete theirs job. I have to come back two times for resetting computer inside the car and they didn’t put sticker when and how many more miles for next oil change. They should make sure they do their jobs right.
