My first time here as I’d recently moved to Vancouver. Che gave me heads up on how everything worked, and the whole process was really easy. I liked getting the email updates and then being able to quickly approve any further work with the click of a button.

I really appreciated Rob, he did a great job and took really good care of me. However, the detailing and cleaning of my car was not worth it. There are spots on the ceiling of my car that they didn't even try to get out.
I get that my car was extremely messy, but they could have done a better job.
There were handprints on the inside of my windshield, a piece of sticky residue on the right side of the windshield that I got off after I got my car back. Dirt underneath my mirror and straw wrappers on the driver side were also noticed.
Overall I would rate it a 6 out of 10. It did look better than what it came in with, but I feel like if I were to take it to another place, they could clean the stuff that was not taken care of during my visit at Honda.

I’m straight 3 years and more at this center for my car service but the today one is awful the price way top and even I didn’t get car wash after 2 hrs wait

Shawn went the extra mile for us to remedy a previously misdiagnosed problem, and ensure that the actual problem got fixed and we were financially compensated for labor that was previously unnecessarily paid for by us. He was courteous and patient, and mindful of the numerous round trips we had made from over an hour away. He did an excellent job all the way through!
I got my car worked on in August 2017, the engine was faulty to begin with that you put in, since it was a unserviceable engine it wore down other parts of my car which after you fixed the engine on my catalytic converter started to feel the effects from (no coolant). After my car was fixed in August I had cancer in my kidney which had to be removed and didn’t get a chance to drive for a few months. My car is driving much worse than before you had gotten ahold of it. Spending over five thousand dollars and you won’t fix my catalytic converter since the problem was created by your faulty maintenance! I’m getting ahold of my attorney.
