We were disappointed that we were told it was a 2 hr service & it took 3 hr.+ 20 min.
Also we were not offered a car wash - apparently that has been dropped as a courtesy benefit.
Austin went out of his way to help me. It was a problem with the **** Hannah collision center. He communicated with them and let them know that it was on there end with a repair that they did and that it was not done right. I went over there and they acted like it wasn't on there end and that honda needed to fix it and after the guy went over and talked with Austin, it got fixed. I appreciate Austin helping with this. I showed him after ward that it was done. Thank you!
Robert was a good listener and helpful in explaining the situation and options available. He took care of all the concerns effectively.

2nd time in for issues that should have found during inspection. Also don’t appreciate the complete chaos with pulling into the service area. Seemed like nobody knew what was going on. Stood by my car for over 10 mins. Finally went into the waiting area. Service rep was great l!!
