When I bought the car, I was said that I would have monthly car washes at **** Hannah perpetually. For the last few times, I was told that car wash was temporarily out of service. This time I was told that service has been decommissioned and was handed a card for a third party car wash service. I’m confused where the perpetual car washes went. Do I have to go to **** Hannah every time to get a card and then to the third party service? That’s really inconvenient. I do understand the lowering carbon footprint argument, but think the process deserves to be rethought with customer experience in mind. Perhaps mailing a permanent card assigned to the license plate. Thanks.
Couple different things. When car was bought and I was told servicing needed to be performed
by Hannah for warranty purposes I had stated would be difficult due to distance. Assured not a problem we have loaners. I have had to rent every time I service. Car was not washed or vacuumed. Would expect this from dealer that car was purchased through and serviced by. Disappointed
Was very accommodating. Fast and efficient service. Maintained contact with me. I appreciated the use of a “loaned car”. My initial problem was not solved, but a decision I have to make. ( replacing ABS modulated. ) Shaun Bonebrake was most helpful! M. Oberbeck.

It would be nice if there was an option to add minor items that need to be addressed at the time of service. Every time I have had to make another appointment. Some items do require more time so get that a 2nd appt is needed.

The price of the oil change was ridiculously high and i was told it was due to rising oil costs??? I work in the Automotive industry and we have not raised oil prices. If we were to raise oil prices they would slightly increase, NOT double! Also, my car seems to now be running “rough” after the service and my Car Play has also stopped working. Very odd since it worked before the service. I now feel like **** Hannah is holding me hostage for oil changes since i have to go to them if I want to keep my warranty in tact. Very disappointed customer
