The representative wasn't friendly. Last time I was at **** Hannah the vehicle was vacuumed and washed, but not this time. I had new license plates that I asked if they could be installed, I was told yes but they weren't. I spoke with a different representative who helped me install the license plates and informed me about the car wash. He asked Ciera to give me one of car wash cards.

Recommended service included things that have already been done to my car. It dilutes my trust with **** Hannah when that happens. I want to know that recommended service is really necessary for my car. I discussed this with Keri and she took those items off my recommended maintenance list. Keri is great to work with.

I very much appreciated the inspection and the reception I received. The $10 oil change coupon was great.
The descriptions of the issues found were less than helpful and I was not permitted to talk to the mechanic at all so it was like a terrible game of telephone. The price quoted for the parts alone were 300% what I found online (Honda genuine parts as well). The labor estimate was also ridiculous. A simple search online said I should expect between $80 and $150 for the listed service and my quote was $375! There was a promotional coupon that would have been $180 but even that is high AND why the neck didn't the guy tell me about that when I got the first bid? If I didn't question the original quote, I would have never known.
This is the likelihood the last time I will take my car into a dealership. We got hosed at our local dealership so I thought I'd try something a little further away. But, apparently they are all the same. Charging way more, no personal service (mechanic/customer communication), and cheating the customer at every chance. Boo.
I missed the opportunity to have my vehicle vacuumed and washed. I was still grateful that Kerri was able to help fill out my service manual.
