I dropped my van off for service, it was a special B/1/2 service. I asked for no engine/cabin air filters and skip the wiper inserts for the extended service. I paid $113 for a glorified oil change with extra inspections. Usually when I get the service done with you guys you wash the van and at least vacuum the drivers side area. Neither of these were completed. So I paid $113 for an oil change with “extra inspection” (nothing was found to be needed) and you couldn’t even clean the car. Why do I bring my car to you for service? I could have gone to jiffy lube for $23 and had the same thing done. I maintain my car and I like the option for having the service records at one place but seriously almost 5x as much? This is getting rediculous.
When I got my airbag fixed I asked for my radio code to be reset that was not done and then I told them through email I wanted an oil change that wasn't done. After coming back they did give me the code and helped me with it. It very frustrating long process but got two things done at least.
Michelle was amazing! Always a pleasure coming to you for service especially when people are as efficient and nice as Michelle was!

I’m always satisfied. It did take longer than I thought though. I would think that an hour would be enough time to do an A12 service, especially since I had an appointment. I was there for 2 hours+.
Shawn did a great job. I am very not satisfied, I bought the car with a few small issues that were to be taken care of promply. Getting the right part I understand. But the fallow through was terrible. I had the car in two to three times to figure out what parts were needed, they ordered them, and one time the parts were sent back and I waisted my time bring the car back to have them installed but come to find out the parts were shipped back to Lexis because no one knew who's parts they were. I was not mad just let down so Shawn reordered the parts again. Well a month or so went by and I didn't get any call or email so I drive in to ask what was going on. Come to find out the parts were in but no one contacted me or Shawn the service adjuster so the parts just sat on the shelf till I came in to ask what the heck was going on. I was able to finally after I came in to find out what was going on I was able to make an appointment to get the items fixed from the beginning when I originally bought the car. Today May 2 they fixed the fender and my Bent wheel. Almost 5 months after I purchased the car. Very slow and not as I expected. When I dropped the car off today I asked NOT to have the front license plate installed. Again I said do NOT install my front plat leave the mount in the car and I will take care of it. When I picked up my car I could not believe it but the plate was installed. There are holes in my front grill where I personally said do not put this on my car many many many times. I am very dissatisfied with your service department and the fallow through. This is the fifth car my family has purchased from you guys and at this point I am not sure what or if I would come back to your dealership. The amount of time I have been back and forth for some what of a smaller repair has been very painful. Talk with Shawn and you will see what I am talking about.
