Michelle is so helpful. When she knew I needed to pick up my baby in an hour, she helped me finish the auto maintance in 20minutes with two mechanics working together. She is such a friendly and helpful person. I am highly satisfied by her work.

Austin never introduced himself or called me by name. He never helped me with my carseat while i was holding a baby and a bag when the car was complete. He never tried to come find me to update me or when the vehicle was complete. He called me when complete and i had to walk out to the reception area to try to find him. He never texted an update either. He just had zero oersonality and seemed like i was just another person comin thru the line. This is highly unusual for your dealership and i have never had an exoerience like this before here. I assume its a one-off maybe hes new. Not sure but thought u shoukd know.

Thanks team honda needed an oil change and a tire rotation driving from salt lake city to Rainier Oregon and you was right off the freeway and very easy to find got me in and out fast and the coffee in the waiting room was delish Bryan from salt lake city

Shawn was great to work with and very professional. I ended up being checked out by another employee, Austin, because Shawn was with another customer at the time. I was not impressed with Austin. He was not welcoming and frankly didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing.

Jerry is very capable to the public and very explanatory. That is something the automobile owner needs to have his things explain to them in detail. I am an old automobile mechanic from way back and I don’t need much explain to me as far as the mechanical end of things although the way **** Hannah does things sometimes needs to be explained to me and he seemed very good with that also. Great job done on all accounts, keep him he’s a good man. Jeff

Jerry was fantastic. I’m disappointed by the tires for life program. I had a nail in my tire, and that fix is not covered by the program. I was at 30% tire tread, so still not able to access the free tires from the program, or have the dealership fix my tire. I bought my car from **** Hannah Honda, and have been getting it serviced there for everything since 2013, on a pretty regular basis. Knowing that my tread was so near illegal, and that I’ve been a loyal customer-I’m disappointed that I wasn’t able to get my tire fixed. I drive a lot for work, so have a shop I can count on to take care of me is very important. I’ll likely be choosing to forgo maintenance here in the future. That being said-I must say again that Jerry was fantastic. He triple checked that there wasn’t something **** Hannah plus do for me.
