No call when car was finished. Car was not washed
Darin was thorough and considerate in his explanation of the work on my vehicle. I appreciate the time he took in explaining everything to me. I live in zerattle but feel that **** Hannah Honda Vancouver is the best.

Cierra was amazing. I was told my service was going to be an hour and 15 minutes, it was less than 45 minutes. She answered all my questions, and even remembers who i was and the vehicle that i was driving last time i visites the service center (i traded that car in about 6 months ago). I appreciate her efficency and friendly demeanor at such an early hour
I was told my oil change would be synthetic and I do not believe that it was done. The cost was completely different. I called your office right away, and was advised they would call me right back. No one bothered to call me back. My car was also not washed as advertise on your website, and staff when I bought my car. I expect a call from management ASAP!

When I bought the car, I was offered a free car wash each month. The last two times I was there, the car wash was broken. This is disappointing.
