Darin was amazing in all areas. He was thoughtful, informative and even walked me to my car when the service was complete. I was very impressed and thoroughly delighted.
I drove away, and my tire sensor came on after being told all my tires were set to where it should be, but come to find out all my tires were at 44/40/30/40 psi ( took it to les Shawb because it was on my way home and they told me why it came on when they should be at 35 psi. Now I’m wondering if my car was even serviced at all. Kinda hard to trust when I was told a lie all on my after visit summary. This is not good business. I have bought 2 cars here the last year and have taken my car to be service here, since I bought my first car last year. I’m very doubtful about coming back and now I don’t know if I can trust that my car was taken care of.
