When I was told my car was ready and assured that the inide of the car had been dried out, I showed up to find the floor of my car still soaking wet. I left my car another day and had to make another trip from SW Portland to pick it up again the next day.

The only thing I would have liked is on my invoice or a sticker on the car that’s states the date or miles of my next oil change. It was left blank on the paperwork. So I’m not quite sure when I should be making my next appointment for an oil change. The customer service was great and I was in and out within 45mins. ????

I feel your price for your oil service is way high. I called different dealership and they charged $47 for a one year inspection/serve I would prefer to stay loyal to you but with your high prices will be forced to go some where else

Austin Bishop is very helpful and has been very gracious and kind in working to navigate the issue with my 07’ Honda Element. We think the compressor is going out, but he’s been trying to trouble shoot it for us, given that the cost to replace it would be $1k or more, out of pocket. We appreciate everything Austin has done so far to help us. And, he is very friendly, open and honest, which we appreciate.
