Chuck provided one of the best customer experiences I have ever had at a dealership service center. He goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and gives you comfort that your car is in the right hands. I have taken my vehicle to the Morgan Hill California Honda Service Center several times and have always left with the same feeling of frustration and disrespect. I am beyond elated with my experience with Chuck Ansted and the **** Hannah Honda Dealership Service Center staff.

We were told that the parts for our van would be in last Saturday morning and ready to pick up late Saturday afternoon. I drove down to pick up the van and after waiting 15 minutes was told the parts needed wouldn't be in until Monday morning. There was no call or email. Austin was very nice, owned up to the mistake and apologized for the confusion. He offered to have someone drive the van out to us after it was fixed and a complimentary car wash. As promised, our van was delivered but it did not get washed. Hopefully we will have a better experience on the next go-around.

I told service rep who checked me in that it does not burn oil cause I monitor the oil for first 2000 miles. This is the first time I let someone work under hood so I’ll be monitoring it.

Jerry was very kind and helpful. The vehicle was ready at the time promised. The roof rack was installed neatly. I received a complimentary car wash voucher since the car wash facility is currently not in service. A glitch in the android car connection and a failure of the collision mitigation and the lane assistant, which I had experienced twice under windy road conditions, could not be resolved since there were no according error logs.
