Chuck provided one of the best customer experiences I have ever had at a dealership service center. He goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and gives you comfort that your car is in the right hands. I have taken my vehicle to the Morgan Hill California Honda Service Center several times and have always left with the same feeling of frustration and disrespect. I am beyond elated with my experience with Chuck Ansted and the **** Hannah Honda Dealership Service Center staff.
We were told that the parts for our van would be in last Saturday morning and ready to pick up late Saturday afternoon. I drove down to pick up the van and after waiting 15 minutes was told the parts needed wouldn't be in until Monday morning. There was no call or email. Austin was very nice, owned up to the mistake and apologized for the confusion. He offered to have someone drive the van out to us after it was fixed and a complimentary car wash. As promised, our van was delivered but it did not get washed. Hopefully we will have a better experience on the next go-around.
