Given inaccurate information when setting appointment. Was not called ahead of time to let me know Acura key could not be made at Honda. Was not discussed when I dropped car off. I was told we could communicate via text. I texted witu follow up questions and received no response. I asked Faron to call Acura and order a key (was supposed to be ordered on Friday before Tuesday appt but never was. No solutions were offered except a “sorry”. Terrible service and no accountability when clearly I was told this could be done or appt never would have been set up. I also believe this is entirely inaccurate

Austin was great. Having an intermittent beeping problem with the car it was difficult to have the problem identified at first when serviced by other Honda service members. Austin took the time to listen to our concerns and from that identified the problem. Austin not only ordered the parts and fixed the car quickly but in doing so saved our holiday weekend road trip. Something we would not have been able to do with an annoying beeping noise.

Jeff was excellent! He explained services, pricing & the time the services would take. He answered any questions I had. I felt Jeff had my best interest in mind by checking that the shuttle service had me on their schedule, in addition to giving me the loyalty discount. Jeff was very friendly & easy to work with. My husband & I will be sure to ask for Jeff any time we bring our Hondas in for service.
