Since January we had problems with Accord starting. On third attempt in February we brought a new battery at **** Hannah Honda. This week in May 5, 2018 again starting problem returned. This was our fourth attempt find out why my car wouldn't start. I waited at home for a phone call and Jerry call me, laughed at me, and explained to me your problem is your starter. It will cost you over $809.20. I wasn't amused I told him this not a laughing matter. My wife and I are both disabled. I'm disappointed with his lack of compassion with Retired Disabled Veteran's living on fixed incomes. He tried to recover our trust by lowering prices. Sorry this will be our last time for us dealing with Honda ever again. We pray for Jerry Reynolds to learn from our experience and hopefully he will improve and also Honda. Jesus taught us humility. We all trying to measure up

Michelle was great. She took care of me & my wife on two of the four visits. Unfortunately the first two visits were disappointing. One mis-diagnosis & one missing the rental car despite showing up early to the appt & having the rental in the appt notes.
