I liked how the service department explained what needs to be done and how much is going to cost me. Also liked the report after the service is complete. No complementary wash this time. But overall good service

It turned out good, just wish the person that scheduled my appointment a week ago would have told me it took 4 hours to fix the recall. I got a loaner and it didn’t turn out to be 4 hours, luckily! Everything else was great! Cierra was very kind!

Michele displayed great customer service! She was attentive answered any questions we had. I thought I needed a loaner and ended up having a ride. Before knowing I had a ride, there were no loaners when arrived; however, Michele checked again to see if one had been turned in since my arrival and there was one available. Definitely a great experience
