I was very disappointed to discover that my car wasn’t given the car wash that I was told it would. I had already been awake for over 15 hours and I simply didn’t have the energy to go back in and request one. Ignition problem fixed to my satisfaction.

Very efficient, very good at keeping me appraised of everything going on with my Honda.
I made an appointment for Saturday to get edge guards on doors and when I arrived they told me only the detail shop did that which was open Monday-Friday. Was put in a loaner. Sales person brought me my car. When I got home I realized stickers were put in wrong place on Oregon plates although clearly marked? Had to use my lunch hour to go to DMV to get new tags.
