Austin was great. My service was comped as I waited earlier that day for 5 hours only to find out the part did not arrive from fedex and no repairs were started. Austin called me later and the repair was done promptly and I am grateful.

I was sold a car with a four-inch scratch on it. When I called Alec (my sales specialist) to tell him this information, he stated that he already knew about it. My question is, why was this not disclosed to me??? Alec stated they will fix the scratch free of charge. However, I hate to question whether this would have happened if I did not go alone and brought a male friend instead???

Darin did a great job. He was personable and knowledgeable, but most importantly, he was not pushy. He gave me all options available to me, which was nice; I didn't feel as though I had to go with anything I wasn't able to afford.

Asked several times to make sure oil mess on new engine be cleaned up after repairs. She acknowledged that it would. When I picked up the car I again asked her a couple of times if cleaned up and she said yes. There is oil all over the front, side and back of engine, can’t tell if oil leak has been repaired. Also said that all 4 windows were rolled down about one inch. On invoice it said that customer held the unlock button too long and rolled all windows and sunroof opened. This is totally untrue! When we purchased the car, the salesman programmed it for us as keyless entry and we both have never used the key fob. Notice that I said all FOUR windows were rolled down about one inch. No mention of sunroof.
