Austin was great!He explained everything that was going to take place and gave a good approximation on time. He explained what would happen with my tire up front so if it needed to be replaced there wasn't any surprises. I was very satisfied with my visit.

I made an appointment one week ahead. When I got my car back, I was told the work couldn't be done because you didn't have the parts. For a recall, it seems it would be pretty obvious what parts needed to be ordered.
