Stopping car washes for customers is a mistake. It’s a race to the bottom with your competition. Please reconsider your decision. I may as well go to Gaynors Automotive for service and try a different brand next car purchase.

never talked to chuck, received no updates on the status of my vehicle. the paper I received from honda said it was an hour job. I had asked for my car to be washed and that didn't happen. I had to call 3 times to finally get some one to call me back. I understand things happen and the world isn't going to come to an end over it. I was going to buy a new car from hannah this month, I'm having 2nd thoughts at this point. In the past things have always been better. I've probably been spoiled from previous experience. the general vibe in the service department is not what it use to be. People working there feeling overworked, rushed to get to the next person waiting in line. I had some time while waiting to observe the interpersonal conversations, and general feeling. I say these things to give input to be what you once were not to beat anybody up.
