So much for express service at **** Hannah !!! first in line, then someone enter a Lexus thru the back door, when they finally open the doors, the people behind us and everyone at the other two lanes first and seconds were help before us and when finally someone come to help us, we got informed that our oil change service will take one and half hours. After all that waiting and $345 dollars charged maybe it’s time to check other

My last name was spelled wrong on the paperwork and I did point it out thinking for future reference and documentation it may be a problem. It didn’t seem to be a problem but now it’s different from registered name. It wasn’t a concern which is fine but I wasn’t sure why we didn’t correct it.
