Although I didn’t have an appointment Leslie still accommodated me and my service needs. She was knowledgeable and very helpful in getting me what I was requesting. When I first arrived without an appointment, I felt like I was shuffled as an inconvenience, but Leslie said she will make sure I get taken care of, when nobody else was available, she took me into her cue and did everything I needed and more. Appreciate him taking the time to explain the coverage of our contracts regarding the maintenance service since we transferred from Beaverton to Vancouver. Chuch went over and beyond to make sure that we got an answer as well as receiving excellent customer service. Since this is my moms car who is 81 years old he made it simple for me to explain the service done today again thank you. I can trust her to come by herself and she will be in good hands. I had battery replaced on Tuesday and had to jump crv on Thursday. Took it back. Can’t find the problem. No recalls. No fails. Leslie was very in contact, however, no answer. They forgot to rest the oil life monitor. Twice. The first day and then when I picked it up the second time. Again, Leslie is good, did the best she could with what we had to work with

The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was I received a coupon for service and it was very misleading. Everything else went well.
The one unexpected issue was that my TPMS indicator light illuminated shortly after leaving the grounds. Not unexpected given the age of my car (<10 years). It took me a week of inflating my tires, tightening the retaining nuts, and picking the tires before I made it back in to learn about the expected lifespan of the batteries in the sensors. I am not sure I would have sprung for new sensors at the time I was having my tires replaced, but it would have been a good opportunity to swap them out. **** does nit have my full service record, so there was no easy way to flag it as expected maintenance. But consider the potential of adding it to expected maintenance based on age of the vehicles coming through the shop.
Hannah was awesome and so friendly. I came in very stressed out about my car. She smiled the entire time and helped calm me down. She is a true person and very easy to work with.She solved my problem and made my appointment and repair a breeze! Thank you Hannah, you rock!
