Tyler was great...friendly, excellent customer service and competent.
Every part of the transaction was fantastic. Che was extremely courteous and professional, and let me know how the whole transaction would go before I even had to ask. Work was completed exactly as explained. I could not be happier with it.
Took almost twice the time, and was charged tax I noticed once I got home after talking about no tax being from Oregon when I signed the iPad at beginning of appt. other than that things were fine. Also curious what then$4.11 misc charge was for on the invoice.....

I appreciated She's friendly attitude and the way he clearly explained what would be done. After the work was done, he did not try to pressure me to purchase other services. I liked the low pressure approach.

I got a chance to meet Erik the mechanic that works on my car he was an outstanding individual and I enjoyed talking to him. If I had cash on me I would have tipped him. Thank you I'll be back again.
