Everything was fine. I was a little dismayed to find out I needed a whole new set of tires when I had brought my car in 3 or 4 months ago to have my tires checked and was told they were in good shape. Plus, I have been on time about bringing my car in for oil changes and the corresponding inspections - rotating tires and so forth.
Che always provides excellent customer service. He keeps me informed of my car’s current and future maintenance needs to reduce unexpected costs and explains the how and why maintenance is important. I’m much more informed about how regular maintenance also keeps me safe on the road.

Darin was very professional, nice, and knowledgeable! He found out I had driven a far distance for my service and strived to accommodate my maintenance needs in a quick manner. He also showed me how to remove the manual key from the fob (which I didn't know was possible), how to roll down my window and open my sunroof, I told him I was heading to get my car washed, because I was embarrassed by the filth, and he checked my windshield temperature to caution me about potential damage due to the heat and cold variances. I am beyond satisfied with his help and grateful to have worked with him. Thank you!
Allie was amazing! From the first phone call I had with her she was extremely helpful and attentive to my situation. Even though there were hiccups along the way that were in NO WAY allies fault, she was so diligent and even answered her phone after hours or while she was out of the office to help! She’s amazing!
