SShawn was amazing, very helpful and very informative. I am somewhat handicapped and he offered many times to assist me in anyway that I might need it. He’s definitely a keeper for **** Hannah motors service department so keep them around!
Your service tech, Austin, called to tell me that I needed a transmission fluid replacement. He told me that it won’t come up on the maintenance minder for my year of car (2007 pilot) so I said they can change the fluid. I then checked my owners manual and it will come up on the maintenance minder so I ended up getting the fluid replaced before it showed up on my cars maintenance minder. In the end we agreed to reduce the cost from $200 to $100 which made me more comfortable with what happened. He said the fluid was old and dark so it still needed to be replaced but I just wish he would have checked the owners manual first.
Austin was RUDE and Jodi/Jody screwed up my appt. Also I was told that my car was covered under warranty for the reasons that I brought it in and then they handed me a 78 dollar bill....I did not pay it. Horrible experience for the SECIND time. Will NOT EVER bring my car there again.
Austin was absolutely fabulous! He was friendly, courteous, took the time to learn and say my name. Honestly, the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a **** Hannah store.
