Was quoted over $500 for tire replacement, when I informed the young lady helping me I had tires for life she said I no longer need my tires replaced, I hope you understand how that seems a shady practice, had my mother or sister taken my car in they would have paid to have the tires replaced even though it wasn't "needed"... It truly made me question all the other NEEDED services I've revived over the last 11 years...
CIERRA WAS FRIENDLY AND KEPT ME IN THE LOOP ABOUT MY CAR. SHE MADE SURE I RECEIVED A RIDE HOME AND BACK THE NEXT DAY TO PICK MY CAR UP. I USE HONDA FOR ALL MY CAR NEEDS. THANK YOU FOR BEING SO "NICE".

Che is an asset to your team. He was great in providing me all the info I needed to know and answer all my questions. Every area at **** hanah Honda has exceeded my expectations. Your Kia dealership should take notice. I could not recommend DH Kia to my worst enemy the sales process and F&I is so corrupt. On a positive note, DH Honda treated my wife and I fairly and got us an honest rate with the add-ons we wanted.

I understand that there may have been a coupon available for my first oil change of I believe $9.49, instead of what I was charged at full price. I feel that being changed over $41.00+ for labor is to much, since it costs less at the multitude of businesses who perform the same service for quite a bit less. You advertise a free carwash with an oil change and that didn’t happen, and when I opened my car door after the service was done, the paper mat that you place in the car was
Was so bunched or wadded up that it should have been thrown out, rather than left in my car for me to dispose of. There was no where for me to throw it out. When I’m paying $24 dollars short of a hundred dollars For a simple oil change and tire rotation, customer service matters.
You level of service was above exceeding my expectations. I was your "guest", not just a customer. Thank you Jeff.
